Payment & Guarantee

Services are billed monthly at the rate specified in your agreement. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebIgnite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
